  All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

  During sales and promotion periods, delivery time may be longer than normal.

  Returns

  We accept returns within the first 14 days of purchase for damaged or defective items. In such cases, please contact us at shop@bymanyc.com, and we will get back to you within 7 business days.
